I have no problem with the location. There is no parking very busy. Also the place you guys gave me to pick up the vehicle the first location I had a problem with the manager who did not put the key in the lock box for me to pick up the vehicle and I got there 7 minutes before 6:00 p.m. and the manager was already closed before 6:00 p.m. so I have a complaint about that.

The first time onboarding experience was a bit hectic since I had to verify myself using pictures of my license. Also, I need contact details of a 3rd person (other then myself and my emergency contact) to verify myself - which was to be done on the spot and ate 30 minutes of my time.

Ajitesh NIt did not seem like they knew what was going on at all. Only one person out of the 4 I talked to even responded when I asked about UHaul. It was an odd encounter and I left wondering if I had abandoned the car with random strangers. Additionally, when I called about the charge (for gas and service) I was told they were going to ask and call back in 10 minutes- which they never did. Overall, an unprofessional and disappointing experience.
