It did not seem like they knew what was going on at all. Only one person out of the 4 I talked to even responded when I asked about UHaul. It was an odd encounter and I left wondering if I had abandoned the car with random strangers. Additionally, when I called about the charge (for gas and service) I was told they were going to ask and call back in 10 minutes- which they never did. Overall, an unprofessional and disappointing experience.

This location is confusing for dropping off a large truck. The parking spaces are small and the truck will block traffic if not parked strategically. This would be improved if there were obvious signs posted for where to park the truck within the parking lot.
