Reservation was at 10 am. Store was to be opened at 10am . Store was not open til 10:20. 1030 by the time I was able to get paperwork done . Equityhat was reserved in reservation was not there resulting in having to travel to another location pickup equipment. Was told by employee at second location that a complaint would be submitted and the manager would call me. Manager did not call to deal with complaint.
JONATHAN BTiny lot and the trailer was not easy to access. They had to get 2 people to hand move it so it could be hooked up.
