Reservation was at 10 am. Store was to be opened at 10am . Store was not open til 10:20. 1030 by the time I was able to get paperwork done . Equityhat was reserved in reservation was not there resulting in having to travel to another location pickup equipment. Was told by employee at second location that a complaint would be submitted and the manager would call me. Manager did not call to deal with complaint.

Tiny lot and the trailer was not easy to access. They had to get 2 people to hand move it so it could be hooked up.

PARDON MIt was super fast and easy to drop off my equipment. However when I went to check my receipt that evening I see that they charged me over double what I had initially paid. Even though I purchased 100 extra kms (giving me over 800kms in total and my trip was 700 something) and put in 50kms more worth of gas into the UHaul (by mistake, they do not give you any type of reimbursement for that, which I asked about when I dropped it off and they said they would see what they could do…I would have just kept the truck and driven it with the nice AC for a while if I had known you get nothing back) turns out they had put that I had driven over 1000miles instead of 700 something kms….I had to call customer service and open a dispute. I guess they realized the next day what had happened and I was refunded the extra money they charged. But I don’t see that money for 3-5 business days. That could really hurt someone that needs that money immediately. And nothing in return for having this inconvenience not even a discount for next time lol. Customer service is really dead.
