I had a truck reservation at a different location & they never left the code or keys. So I spent 3 hours on the phone with UhAul & finally after 3 hours was able to pickup a different truck from this location. The lady on the phone was great but my overall experience with UhAul was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!

Julie DMic Truck and trailer repair is in very unsafe part of Surrey. They are a semi truck repair outfit with very old unkept facilities. I originally booked the pick up at a location 2km from my house, but got the usual call the day before from the “local representative” that informed me of the new pick up location that was 45 min drive in Friday afternoon traffic from my house.
