I've used U-Haul many times. This was by far the worst pickup location. I have experienced. The staff did not know what they were doing, they tried to sell me the extra insurance when I'd already bought the extra insurance. And then I tried to ask them to confirm that I actually had the insurance when they said some people buy extra insurance, when I'd already bought the extra insurance. Then they couldn't get my credit card to work, so they had me into it manually into their computer system. And then there was the odor, the office smelled like very bad body odor. Can they not get an air freshener?

GERVAIS MThe interior of the box was filthy garbage left behind by the previous renter and not swept out. Six out of the 12 moving blankets were absolutely caked in dirt and dust and needed to be shaken out before use. The motor seemed to be a little inconsistent in the RPMs and there were a couple of times when I wasn't sure if it was going to stay running or stall. Because of that I put in more fuel than necessary as I started with a half a tank or just under a half a tank actually and it was returned with a full tank and which is basically at least $100 that I shouldn't have had to spend but felt it was one of the better options at the time to help it run smoother in case it was water in the gas. I feel like I deserve a credit back after spending all this money.
