I had an emergency where i was forced to re route and customer service was impossible to get a hold of especially the one in british columbia. Edmonton was very helpful and they resolved my issue.

Sandeep KWhen I picked up the truck there was only 40 miles of gas in it and the back was not swept out and the blankets were just thrown in top corner. I left 50 miles of gas in it and made sure it was swpet out and blankets folded neatly. Other than that everything was great very easy to use the app.

ERWIN RI’m very happy with the location I picked, but disappointed with your dispatching system. I booked another truck for March 10 to pick up from same location but a lady dispatch called me and changed the pick up location with out my concern and hung up on me. I had no choice to call back report her and canceled the March 10 booking.
