I made the reservation three days in advance, but later they called and changed the pickup location. When I arrived at the new location, it was closed. After completing the online reservation, the truck location showed it was parked somewhere on the street. I went to the pickup location for no reason and wasted a lot of time. Very frustrating experience and poor communication.

I had to go pick the Dolly from other place whereas I booked it on the first place when i did my reservation

Hung LThe improvement would be more regarding the app. When checking in and checking out I faced issues. When checking out it didn't work despite it telling me it was complete. Had to send the picture of odometer and gas directly to the clerk. And that happened long after I had returned it. However the people at the location were nice and gave me a fair price despite the delay. So things worked out very well in that regard.
MARCO PTruck is parked on a street next to homeless camps. Should be in a parking lot or locked area. Truck had USA license plates???? Customer service was great!! Very friendly and helpful.
