We had a cart inside the truck instead of a furniture dolly. However, they replaced it without any problems. We’re also very thankful for the help with returning the truck. It was a long day, and I could barely figure out what to do. The lady at the store helped us a lot. Thank you!

Angel FI made the reservation three days in advance, but later they called and changed the pickup location. When I arrived at the new location, it was closed. After completing the online reservation, the truck location showed it was parked somewhere on the street. I went to the pickup location for no reason and wasted a lot of time. Very frustrating experience and poor communication.
Dhanushka VI had to go pick the Dolly from other place whereas I booked it on the first place when i did my reservation
Pardeep SLoanna was awesome!! She helped make renting the truck easier and gave us extra time on our rental.
