Agent did not walk out to show me which truck i was renting, look over vehicle, nor make sure everything was in working order. Back truck bed overhead door was frozen shut.

Excellent local business
Lawrence KAbsolutely NOTHING at Surry General store- great service when picking up- when bringing back the next day I called 5 min from the store asking them to meet me in the yard to unhook the trailer since I was in a hurry- Bob was waiting on the forklift- backed trailer into location/ disconnected chains- lifted trailer off ball- GONE- On the yelp scale of 1-5- - give them a 7
