The best thing for them to do is inform the public on their website if they have one, when they’re on holidays. When I arrived at 8:00 a.m., the gates were locked. I called them at 8:10 to find out where they might be. He said they were on holiday and said that “they need holidays too”…he seemed defensive but ultimately called his friend from CAA who unlocked the gates and parked and unhitched the trailer for me. He was very nice! And the drop off time was 8:30. Hope they can work out the glitches! I’m sure they will! Take care and God bless!
