Quick and easy
MAXIMILLAIN KU-Haul computer systems were down. Ken was great while myself and him tried to be patient but they started wearing thin after 2hrs of trying to get dispatched. I ended up leaving without a contract until the system came back online. Then I found the drop off location I specified was not correct. I had to go back and pick it up and return it to another location or be charged $250. My U-Haul experience was terrible. Thank you to the depot in Kirkland lake for coming in on his day off to rent me the AT last minute.
