I was met at the drop off site during off hours by an equally polite and helpful gentleman who positioned the trailer and removed it for me I didn’t have to lift a finger - thank you!

GABRIEL DCustomer Service line unprofessional. Reservation had me picking up vehicle in Ottawa, a 6 hour drive from booked loation. No assistance in rebooking or changing reservation. Second time this has happened. Your rental agenies are the backbone of your organization. I would recomment better training of telephone agents.
