EARL FThe only thing I didn’t like was when I returned at 2:55 pm with the trailer there was no one available to help me remove it from my vehicle. I was by myself and it was too heavy. Im used to trailers having a jack to lift it and these do not. I called the 1-800 number and no help. Luckily a person returned a U-Haul truck shortly after and helped me lift it off
