Wanted the truck for 8:00 am, but this location didn't open till 9:00 am, even though the first confirmation said I could pick up at 8:00 am. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

KATHERINE ADidn’t receive a link to fill out with photos before leaving site. Didn’t see the email until after submitting keys. Could not properly take photos to submit.
RYAN FU-Haul's app is horrible. We were kept waiting for an hour to get a code to unlock a box to get our truck keys. Promised return calls from the help centre were not returned. Locally, when we could talk to an actual human, they were very helpful.
