The trailer had a big leak in the roof. My appointment was for 10:15, and didn’t get actually talk to the dealer until almost 11:00. There were no legs on the trailer to wind them up or down which is a safety concern. Was not pleased at all. It work in a pinch I was in and that’s all. I had to replace some items that were damaged because of the leak.
ROBERT AI had to hook my own trailer off, no pictures taken of previous condition of trailer, they didn’t have a safety pin for the trailer tongue hitch, so I had to go buy my own. The steel cables in place of chains were so stiff and rusty. Doors very stiff to open. Also, I had agreed to haul the trailer farther than where I was moving for a discount, and the guy at Steel Storage charged me the full rate and didn’t confirm any pricing until after I had paid. Had to call U-Haul (which was very easy and pleasant) to receive a partial refund.
Jared MPrice is not any closer to what they advertise. Way to much over priced.
