Absolutely nothing! Making reservation was extremely easy and truck pickup and return could not have gone smoother! Highly recommend this location if you need a U-Haul rental!!

CRYSTAL TI probably wouldn't use 24/7 pickup again at a location that doesn't have personnel available for potential issues. The issues I experienced would have been less stressful if there was a person present versus having to call for assistance.
Amy JI was not happy with the experience. I was never giving a dolly that I paid for. I was also charged double when I returned the uhaul. I had to make an extra trip to my old house due to not being supplied a dolly. Not happy at all
