Poor customer service. No one at the office. Blankets removed without my knowledge. Drove a 1/2 hour extra to pick up blankets from another location. It cost me gas, mileage and more importantly time. I've yet to receive my $50 credit

No more oversight with places like that the building the keys were on was falling apart nobody was there I understand that it's a on site but they need it some oversight couldn't get in the parking lot to get the truck it was covered in snow surrounded by other vehicles. I'm glad you home was able to find another location where I can pick up the truck.
Robert BThe app was not functioning and it took me 3 hours to sort it before I could pick up my truck. I was very fortunate that I schedule movers for later in the afternoon instead of morning or everything would have been disrupted. There is no access to a bathroom and I had to disrupt the process of trying to sort everything to drive away and find one. It was absolutely awful. Customer service was sweet and eventually did help me, but the access and location just made everything a lot worse with no live person

Sharon ANo staff on weekends. Send to bigger location. Luckily locals helped me out or i would have left the truck in the wrong place. I could not disconnect trailer. Please check.
