We had a 10am pickup time and the person didn't even open the doors until around 10:20, couldn't adjust the mirrors, the self check-in was a lot. Not the best experience but we got everything moved

As I mentioned in the cleanliness of the interior of the truck, there were white “glue/powder’ on the floor. It got on my mattress padding. Annoying!! PU was fine but the gas tank was i1/8 and not 1/4 full as noted in my paperwork. Brought it to the CS lady attention on my way out she adjusted the rental.
Ed CThe truck wasn’t filthy, but it did have some scuffs near the gas tank and in the bed of the truck it didn’t look like it was totally swept, there was also a cut in the center console. I would ask you to take pictures of all the sides of the truck. It doesn’t show anything about the inside of the truck. I did leave comments later. The young woman that was there that processed the key and the rental was very sweet and very informative and helpful.
Adrianna DDid not receive the 6 furniture pads I ordered with the truck but it was most likely due to a miscommunication. Cashier was friendly and accommodating.
William PIt took me an hour to return the truck after hours because your "app" process kept claiming I didn't have a rental. Once me an a rep got the website to come up on my phone, it wouldn't accept my photo uploads. THEN once the clerk at the location checked it in, the system automatically populated a second day charge on my account. It also accepted an uploaded picture of the fuel that was too blurry for the person to see, so they asked to see – you guessed it, MY picture. Checking this truck back in was made a nightmare by the corporate systems implimented for both customers and the rental locations.
