Mr. Johnson is a great addition to the team. He treats me like I'm a good customer and I appreciate that. You can tell he is the leader. Randolph Gordon checked me back in. He is always consistent. You have good people. Unlike many of your customers, I am not moving and I'm not on vacation or on my day off. The most precious thing to me is my time, and I'm always grateful when it is respected as it was today. As much as I love your folks, it's very important to me to get in and out quickly. I think with all the business I have done with the company, my credit card, drivers license and correct address should be on file, and I should just be able to waltz in and pick up a key and dispense with all the other stuff. Same with the cumbersome reservation system. Can't I just call Sandy and have her put something nice out in the driveway. Am I looking for special treatment?Maybe that's what you can give me for Christmas. Happy Thanksgiving!

I was never told that I needed to fill out a return form online. This was never brought up to me when I picked up my rental or when I called numerous times to the U-Haul customer representatives. When I returned the rental to the drop off location. I returned my keys in the drop off box, which does not allow you to retrieve them. It wasn't until I looked at my account online that I noticed I had to complete the online form. I had to return back to the drop off location to complete this form and attach pictures; however, I did not have the keys because they were already returned. I could not take pictures of the mileage or the gas meter. However, based on memory, I reported the mileages that I thought was accurate. When I submitted my online form, I stated these concerns on the form, as well as called the customer representative to ensure that I will not be billed incorrectly. Unfortunately, my efforts to correct this error was not heard and I have been charged the incorrect fees. I was ensured that a U-Haul employee would verify the information on the online form and the rental vehicle's mileage and gas meter matched and was correctly reported. However, this did not occur because they would have caught my mistake. I was provided inaccurate information about the quality of the employees and procedures U-Haul states they follow. I have called multiple times and emailed representatives to help me correct this error. I have still not been helped.

The customer service at this location is not good at all. With the exception of the crew that checks the vehicles in and out, they happened to be more helpful than their coworkers inside. There was no truck avail for drop off to another location and I? was given a truck that has obvious engine/ transmission issues, drove about 40-50 miles and it took $30 in gas that mpg is a little low. I? then had an issue with my mom leaving her car and house keys in the truck and she had to sleep at a neighbors house which she doesn’t know for 2 nights waiting for response from the Tacoma Park location ion to respond. I live in NY and came to MD to help my mom move into her home but I left for NY 11/14/17 which was was the day of the rental. After numerous calls to the call center and speaking to oher her reps at the location, I? was advised that they couldnt mail it not even to the address that was on the contract, then I was told by another rep that he could fed ex and it would be 3 days to receive it. If the first rep my mom spoke to on 11/15 had actually sent the message to this location this may have been resolved in a better way. I could have paid for her keys to be returned to her but the attitude of the workers did not allow for this issue to be resolved. I would have accepted any type of assistance to get the key returned but your employees was not very concerned with resolving it. My mom was irate when speaking to your employees but that does not give them the right to not try and resolve the issue. She has two small children and locked out of her house in a town she does not know anyone. She had to wait 2 days for her landlord to bring a spare to her. She still has to get to the location to pick up her keys and this has not been resolved. If prompt attention was paid it could have even been put in US postal service and gotten there already. Even if we had to pay thfor cost of it being mailed that was not given as an option. This will be the last time we or anyone I know will use Uhaul!!!!!!

How about not charging twice the quoted rate. And express check in is terribly slow and dependent on someone getting the keys. Because of this I arrived at 8 and it took me until 8:30 to complete the checkin. And then I was charged 2x.

I waited 2-3 minutes before any staff said anything to me. Not terrible, but long enough for me to wander inside and then back outside before I was greeted. Everything was excellent except for that minor thing.

This employees at this location are very polite and knowledgeable, but there are always lines and the staff is short handed. Long wait for counter help and longer wait to return vehicle. Used drop box because the wait took too long.

Overall very please with my experience in renting the $19.00 per day rate charge with the exception of the high cost of mileage that was charged. Even though the mileage charge was explained to me when I picked up the truck, I was very surprised when my final bill was over $100.00.
