This location always takes too long to get equipment. I rented a open trailer, there was some trash and leaves in it. I must say the lobby was clean and the restrooms have been updated and were clean.

It will be ideal that when you reserve a truck, it's at the location you initially requested. I was sent to 3 different locations. Not to mention the drop off was not the place I chose. I had to ask for additional miles because I was not trying to be charged additional fees.

There should be a separate line for people who completed everything online and they just need to pick a vehicle. I had to wait in the same line which delayed the entire pick up process.

Horrible experience. The truck broke down 4 times while driving. Stalled out in the middle of busy DC streets. Brought the truck back and the check engine light came on. called the next day and was told the general manager would call me back, never heard from him. Called multiple times to speak and was told he would call me. Never did. Received a call the following Saturday from regional office saying I had never dropped the truck off. Called back and spoke with assistant manager. He said he could not find any issues with the truck (6 days after use- it was likely already serviced between that time which is why he could find no issues). Waiting for general manager to call me back although due to such poor service I am not expecting any call back.

I would say that you need more employee's because when I got there there was about 10 people waiting in line when the doors open but there was only 2 people attending the customers and to return also it took a long time. Other then that it's perfect.

The people that ran this location or incompetent. I don't know why one bothers to go online or call 800 number and make the reservation give all the information. Because when you get to this location it takes 45 minutes to get you out the door. Worst rental experience I've ever had.

The employees at the location seemed to not know what was going on with my reservation from the beginning even though I had called an hour earlier. I finally was assisted but I felt discouraged initially. The truck drove horribly and made it difficult for my passenger and I had to travel as far as we did to move my personal belongings from one place to the next. The check engine came on and the tire pressure odometer was out of wack. I couldn't tell how much gas to put in and was charged for that without given an assertive and helpful option to replace the remaining fuel. I expect such a company to do better and I'm not sure if I would ever choose the company or location again for spending almost $200 on a local trip.

Truck wasn't ready for the scheduled pick up time. Truck was provided an hour later and was filthy. Auto transport was also filthy which almost lead to my car sliding off the rails getting it on the trailer. Auto transport brake light/power cable was not plugged into the truck when I was told it was good to go which was completely unsafe. Filed a claim and was contacted by a manager who told me my claim was already closed/denied and the auto transport was not dirty even though I had provided photo evidence. After contacting Uhaul support I was told the manager would reach out to me in 72 hours but they never did. The manager closed my claim both times I called back to reopen it without every contacting me like I was promised. Big thank you to Uhaul customer service for being polite, friendly and finally resolving this issue for me. Shame on the manager at this location for abysmal customer service, dismissive attitude and multiple attempts to deny/close my claim without ever reaching out to me in hopes I would just give up.

Get the panhandling took care of on the lot soon you pull up your being harassed by them guys ... Than the workers internet is very slow long process to rent and better customer service from the staff I mean even the manager wasn’t polite at this place I will never come back to this location
