I recommend the location but overall it was a mess. I made a reservation at another location for a truck get there and the place is closed. Everywhere I looked that said trucks were available were not. Then I go to one place and they tell me about the place I finally got the truck. Overall the reservation and system needs to be looked at. I wasted 3 hours I needed to be moving driving around trying to find another truck

I was in and out in 10 minutes when I picked up the truck I reserved online. Drop off was even faster.
Jeffrey PThe pick up process was absolutely horrible the people at the store had know idea what was going on or what to do. My reservation was right on the customer service in but not on my mobile app so I didn’t pay what I was supposed to pay. I was there for an hour in a half trying to get a U-Haul never again.
