before the customer leaves the site, have them to check the truck bed/cabin to make certain there are no items left behind. I almost left one of my bed rails in the truck but chose to check out the vehicle box on my own.

You need to tell people up front without covering up to let them know that there will be more charge at the end this is poor business when I was not told I would be charged all that extra money at the end then you knew you had me because you had my card number and the trip was done I will not recommand I haul to anyone else to high and not up front I am very unhappy and will not use you again and will tell everyone the service I got was not good business and don't use you So Thank you but no thank you

The initial visit was great the gentleman working knew his job and got me in and out However when there was an issue with the tire on the truck and I had to bring it in because there was no jack or tool to remove spare in the truck. The store had no jack or anything to fix or address this issue. They told me in the end to call roadside assistance to handle it which I kind of felt was a way out. Nevertheless, people who work here were very polite and I would recommend to someone

My first experience with this rental was from the Goid to Go Mart in 30th street in Tampa. It was terrible! They gave my truck away 30 min before I arrived which meant I had to change movers and spend extra money I hadn't planned on. At the Good to Go Mart they first offered me a smaller truck but upon inspection I realized it wouldn't fit my home. They proceeded to offer me any other truck they had but had to charge me. They were apologetic, but this is unacceptable to do to customers, especially in a move. I cancelled my order (or thought that I did) but when I called customer service a short time later they said the order was still open. We adjusted the reservation instead and I requested a different pickup location. The customer service rep advised that someone from reservations would text or email with the new location. I didn't receive that confirmation. So I had to call again to change the pick up location to the store I rated above. I was assured that the $50 refund would be issued and I did receive that confirmation. I do appreciate that but after all that the Good to Go Mart did to my move I would have appreciated more of a credit. I don't like that this situation was not resolved completely and believe a complete refund would be appropriate. I do believe the store on 56th and its owner, Daniel, did a great job once my reservation was transferred over to him.

I am calling in... I fill back up the gas to a half tank which is where I got it and was charged $12 for fuel. This is ridiculous! I put $20 of gas from a quarter tank to get back to half and refuse to may additionally. The gage was literally slanted downwards on the half mark.
