The truck was parked in a tight space which might scratch the truck. I came three to four times to the location 1st time i booked a mobile pick up at 11pm but they didn't mentioned anything that they can't provide the mobile pick up. so, i called the customer service and they rescheduled my pick up in the next day morning and upon reaching in the morning there is no person to assist and came again an hour later and they person who runs the service is not even there in office and i waited again for 15mins. its a waste of time location.
