I sent an email to this sites manager and never got a response. Employees are friendly but overworked (not enough coverage) and when errors happen the management won't respond. Nice employees, Bad management overall.

Clean the windows and make sure tires are properly inflated. Also make sure that gas in vehicle matches what paperwork says you have to return. Paperwork said I had full tank but when I got into truck gas gauge said 3/4 full. This should be done before vehicle is given to customer.

your customer service representative was glued to her cell phone on my arrival to return the vehicle. She didn't even acknowledge that I had a arrived. She went to the trailer and checked it without even saying a word to me. Either she has issues with communication or she is rude but this cannot be a representative for your company.

Wait time to check vehicle in was way too long. One person can't be expected to handle too many people. Others were outside talking instead of helping to move the line along. I will say that when I was finally at the counter, The one man was very quick and courteous. Unfortunately, the slackers outside were not.



Your advertising pricing schemes are terribly misleading. Yes the rate is $29.95.....but the mileage and the add on and fuel replacement push the $29.95 to $100.00 for just a days rental. I realize its a come one...but its terrible to face that reality with a rental after you've made the decision based on the rate that's advertised. Certainly you're covered by "lawyer speak" in fine print but in my view Its border line fraud....

Everyone that we encountered with at this Florida Avenue location was so friendly and efficient. We had our auxiliary wiring trailer light installed by them the day before we picked up our trailer. It was done very professionally. On the day that we picked up our trailer, the nice attendant made sure that all the lights were working properly before we left. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

Truck needed alignment. Did not drive straight on the highway. I couldn’t go no more than 60 Mph without a severe shaking taking place.

Get credit cards machines that work. 1st day I tried to pu vehicle cc machine wouldn't work. Had to go back 2nd day w different cc.

Check in the uhaul trucks in a prompt timely manner. Drop off time was 7pm- keys in drop box(which we did). They pre-auth your charge card, the next morning my bank had 2x the amount charged. After calling uhaul the manager tells me "it shows you still have the truck"... I had to drive up to the uhaul-leave my job(floor nurse) Come to find out the truck was checked in and rented back out to someone else as I was debating with the mgr. All I got from mgmt was " Oh it happens, take the new receipt to your bank and they'll charge you accordingly, sorry bout that." Really? So it's 2pm the next day and I'm being charged for your irresponsibility and lack of work ethic?? I definitely will be disputing this with my bank and BBB...
