I was surprised at how extremely easy it was to rent the U-Haul. It was efficient and timely. I would definitely do it again and would recommend to friends and family.
Robert WI could not find in the app or in the emails the procedure for returning the truck. If its in the contract, the print is too small to read on a phone. I suggest that it somehow be made more clear with a sight like the one I rented from that has no attendant. But the checkout procedure was very good and being able to do a prior check in really helped.
