Alma APlease take a look at my Google review.. Personally, I think u-haul’s Contract with this company should be ended. The representative threatened to cancel my reservation after already issuing the contract because he didn’t like that I criticized his process, As he issued my contract, then forced me to wait another 15 minutes while he helped to other sets of customers that came in the door, before he came out to help me, hook up the trailer and allow me to leave. He threatened to report the stolen, And refused to come out and do a walk-through inspection when we returned the trailer.
