The staff is amazing. Unfortunately I could not get the truck i reserved. The staff quickly got me into another vehicle. Then when I did a live chat to inquire about the $50 guarantee. The person was very rude, then proceeded to end the chat. I don't understand why the $50 guarantee is not I applied when there is a change of a reserved vehicle that is not due to the customer request.
