The address is incorrect. The phone line goes no where. There were no people or lights. It’s a vacant lot in the hood. The personnel did not Checkin my vehicle causing U-Haul to call me and threaten charges. They demanded that I do it myself in the app. I am an elderly dissabled women with limited access to technology. I do not work for U-Haul. U-Haul employees who are paid off of my customer purchases must do their job. Automation is not the key if humans are not available to check and double check processes. The area was overgrown with trees and grass making it impossible to park. I left the vehicle on the side of the road
