The customer service wasn't there. I was told the truck was up front. When I went to look, it wasn't there. Then went back in and was told it was in the lot behind the gate. After they showed me where the truck was actually at they left. Normally I do a walk around with a rep. I had to go to a different location to pick up other supplies. That added, I feel, unnecessary miles that was added with the rental.
