Truck was clean. Seemed well maintained. Ran great. Both pick up and drop off for seamless. Only issue was I spoke to four different representatives on the phone. The first 3 reps had conflicting information. The 4th person was on target. That part was a little frustrating. I will still rent from U-Haul in the future
