I would suggest they work with the app prior to needing the truck. The mobile app you need 20 to 30 mins to prep before you can leave. I wasn't expecting to need pictures and to get the supplies from the attendant. It wasnt ready. They also didn't have a furniture dolly. I was told I would have to take it up with Uhaul. Not sure I'll get my money back. The uhaul rep who called me was great. He was patient with me but I could tell he thought I was an idiot.

Greg GTruck was clean. Seemed well maintained. Ran great. Both pick up and drop off for seamless. Only issue was I spoke to four different representatives on the phone. The first 3 reps had conflicting information. The 4th person was on target. That part was a little frustrating. I will still rent from U-Haul in the future
