Location was fantastic but on line reservation really screwed up because that location has zero pick up ability on any Sunday. There is no contactless available there Had I not stopped by the business on Thursday I would have been screwed with hired labor help but no truck. Owner went above and beyond and said reservation should never have been at his shop but he personally came in and got me a truck after the shop was closed. Your on line system failed me horribly but shop owner gave me his personal number and helped me get the truck.

JOSE GIf you are going to offer uhaul, you should have all the amenities they offer. Because of the lack of knowledge I was mislead on the type of dolly I purchased.
Shaelee Tworst location ever , they did not give me the dolly but they did charge me for it , the never talk to me or told me that the location didn't have drop off after hours
