I was supposed to have $25 off my rental because of all the trouble I had the last time and the gentleman who worked there couldn't figure out how to use it. This is now two times in a row I have had issues so I may have to consider using a different company for my truck rentals because I use you guys alot. I hope you guys get it together.
WILLIAM WThe man working at the counter was super helpful and walked us through the steps for self check in. I do need to make sure I get the $7 refund for having no dolly though.
Meghan BThe truck was very nice, parked in an easily-accessible space (thank you!). Really nothing negative to say about the the rental location except the truck wasn't clean. It had mud on the passenger side and quite a bit of small debris in the truck bed.
