Natalie TI was supposed to have $25 off my rental because of all the trouble I had the last time and the gentleman who worked there couldn't figure out how to use it. This is now two times in a row I have had issues so I may have to consider using a different company for my truck rentals because I use you guys alot. I hope you guys get it together.
