The equipment was clean and in good order. However The listed auto parts store is closed. A tack shop now rents there, was closed, and has signs posted that say they don’t handle the U-Hauls. It should be made clear that this is a now a self service only location. I had selected counter check in on the website when reserving so had to navigate the app again when I got there, only to find out that I needed to go back home for more documentation to authenticate identity. It should be made clear what is needed up front.
