Service was great. The equipment was well maintained and drove well. The only issue was that I had to pay for 19 additional miles because the pickup location was 15 miles away from Lumberton and the drop off location was in Wilmington, 7 miles from my destination in Castle Hayne, NC. Therefore, the allowed mileage was less than the actual mileage, point-to-point. Otherwise, no complaints.
