My drop-off location was changed to Lincolnton, GA so I was unable to self return the truck on Monday morning at TLM towing. I was charged almost $500 for 3 days rental on a 10 foot truck.I called UHaul Corporate for assistance on Tuesday.

JAMEY TService was great. The equipment was well maintained and drove well. The only issue was that I had to pay for 19 additional miles because the pickup location was 15 miles away from Lumberton and the drop off location was in Wilmington, 7 miles from my destination in Castle Hayne, NC. Therefore, the allowed mileage was less than the actual mileage, point-to-point. Otherwise, no complaints.
