The gentleman that helped me went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I called to get drop off instructions but they were closed already, but he called me back within 30 seconds. Gave me great information. Even texted me a picture of the key drop. I successfully dropped off the truck, got home, only to find that I left my garage remote in the rental truck! It’s the only way into my new house I just moved into! I called him back, he agreed to meet me at the rental truck and gave me the remote!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for him!!!

Fantastic service!
BRIAN MThe guy who did all the paperwork and gave us the kids, told me and my friend that the rate for the U-Haul was one flat rate for the whole day. Later on after I drop it off, I get double charged. And it was also unauthorized by me because I was not there when my card was charged a second time. I’ve been to this location before, had the U-Haul for way longer, and it was half the price. Very disappointed
