The staff at Edgewater location in hailaburry are a pleasure to get me on the road with the rental trailer. He was clear with instructions and friendly and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. The website didnt give a clear confirmation when I did my online check-in but when I picked up equipment the staff did let me know the early check-in on line was successful. Was not able to rent the trailer I wanted because the guy did not listen to what one I wanted even after telling him several time and even told him what I was towing
reid MI gave 3 weeks notice when I reserved, the equipment was buried in snow. Agent refused to help dig out and the light connector was frozen in an inch of ice. Had to use my snow brush to chisel it out, took 40 mins to get it out and hooked up. I do NOT recommend this location.
KENNETH MYoung east indian fella, nice enough but abit of a language barrier but we muttled through. He seemed to like what he was doing.
