The operator is a scammer. He added safe move coverage to my reservation without asking me. I did not add it when I reserved through the app, he did it in person when I came to get the key. This was confirmed by uhaul customer service on the phone, and I received 2 receipts 6 minutes apart showing it was added. He is a scammer and if he lies saying he told me or I approved it, ask him to give you his security camera footage.

SOPHIE GHours were incorrect. No one there who could help, didn’t know how to hook the trailer up, charged me for insurance without asking, person didn’t know how to organize rental, had to call someone on the phone to walk her through it the entire time.
