great vehicle
BRIAN SLocation was great, but I was not able to pick up the truck with the app. It repeatedly gave me a location error even though my location permissions were on and I was right next to the building. This forced me to go inside, which was a good thing because the keys were not in the pickup lock box after all.
JACOB SThe operator is a scammer. He added safe move coverage to my reservation without asking me. I did not add it when I reserved through the app, he did it in person when I came to get the key. This was confirmed by uhaul customer service on the phone, and I received 2 receipts 6 minutes apart showing it was added. He is a scammer and if he lies saying he told me or I approved it, ask him to give you his security camera footage.
