Guy did not know what he was doing. Hung phone up on me
James SThey were very forcefully, borderline rude, would not close the ticket and generate a receipt as requested. We were not allowed to park our personal vehicle on the premises during the rental either. this created an issue utilizing the equipment as now I had to drive two vehicles simultaneously. It's a hotel with no vehicles parked in their parking lot.... An incredibly inefficient, and unpleasant experience. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. 2 stars because I was able to rent the unit, it really should be a one star.
