The ramp was broken , truck box/bed wasn’t clean as there was trash inside. We had to wait 2 and a half hours before we got a tech to come fix the ramp. Bad customer service. It was 100 degrees. I have health problems and Patricia states, “drink water”! Really? How uncaring she sounded regarding my situation. You rented out a defective truck. Why would you rent out a truck with a broken ramp? Shouldn’t it have been inspected?
Joe Oeveryone was super nice and i got my truck quick and easy. it was relatively new too! nice radio, digital dash, seats were comfy. would have been a great truck if we were moving more than a mile away!
Randi HThis location feels really unsafe and is not well kept. The lobby of the hotel reeked of incense and was nauseating during the check in process. I also recommend having a distinction when renting trailers between trailers that have doors that open vs a trailer with a ramp. I ran into a HUGE issue when trying to get a 5’x8’ trailer with a ramp and had to drive an hour and a half round trip to pick one up when I had reserved one initially 5 minutes from my house.
