This was a weird location in the way back of several auto-body shops. The door was locked, but I found them in the back. Once I did, they people were very nice. It's just in a narrow awkward place to drive a trailer through and find parking for it to be returned. Uhaul also didn't know if I had returned it or not and had to call me today (Wednesday) despite returning it on Monday.

We got there after hours and it was in sort of a hard to navigate to location. We left the keys in a lockbox and there was only one place to park the truck. If that had been occupied, I am not sure what we would have done. No person helped us there. You should make your survey form have that as an option. Thanks!
