The lady at the desk was not rude but not friendly . I had made a reservation over the phone and I have the U-Haul app . I uploaded my CC info my ID and I assumed I was ready to go because. Arrived later than appt time she cancelled the reservation and said I had to redo it . The new reservation was different price . I gave her the old reservation number because she asked as if she couldn’t see it . So when she pulled it up and saw it . She changed it but I didn’t have my physical lic because I thought I already did all that stuff I had my MD DMV ,TSA and verified Mobil wallet id and I had a picture . She told me NO you can do that . I ended up haven’t my daughter complete the reservation . It was a lot
