You need to figure that out, not me.
KAREN CGot to the location to return the truck. The hours said they were open but they were closed. Truck drop off was around the building and there were no signs. The only reason I found it was bc we drove around. I ended up returning the truck using the online option.
JEANETTE STrust and verify behind every customer. I was overcharged. I brought the van back before it was due I was under on the mileage and I had slightly over on gasoline. I paid for a dolly which was not there the vehicle was deplorable at best. Beer can sitting all outside of it it was wide open all night footprints debris damage and the list goes on. Absolutely shameful today is Saturday I was supposed to have received a call on tuesday to remedy this situation and to initiate part of my refund and to compensate me for the waste of time this terrible experience has been. I'll not let this be swept under the rug and I highly recommend staying away from this location. The woman I spoke to on site plan to be an assistant was rude unapologetic and always ready to give an excuse rather than to satisfy the customer with a legitimate complaint. Stay as far away as possible from this location terribly unprofessional.
DAVID PI made the reservation for S. Capitol in Washington, DC. I was told the day before that location wouldn't have the truck I needed, so I'd have to go out to Temple Hills, MD. That cost me a $40 Uber ride. When I arrived at the location, it was hosting a yoga class. I was standing outside, peering through the window at a room full of 15 women doing yoga. Needless to say, they found this unsettling. The host came out and I asked, "Is this a U-Haul location?" She said, "I don't know what you're talking about." I pointed at the U-haul sticker in the window. She was still just as unsure. I then found a series of uhaul lockboxes on the side of the building. No one told me that this is what I should be expecting. After jumping through a few hoops, I found my truck, but it had none of the moving equipment I had asked for. So I had to go out of my way, spend an additional $40, had to interrupt a yoga class and had none of the moving equipment I had requested. None of these things in isolation is a huge deal. In totality, I can't help but get the feeling like this company doesn't care about customer experience.
