Either keep someone at the counter or install some kind of system to alert staff that someone is out front waiting for service. Other than that, the staff was friendly, courteous and behaved professionally. The check-out was smooth and the nearly new truck was in great shape. I could smell the fresh paint on the floor of the bed when I opened the back. When I noticed that the gas tank wasn't full, I went back in to see if I had to return it full, which is what I'm used to. After waiting several minutes for someone to come to the counter, I went behind the counter and into the repair shop to find someone. A very helpful mechanic came out and told me that it did not have to be returned full. He printed me a document that graphically showed how much gas was in the tank. He also suggested taking a photo of the gauges showing the amount of gas and mileage. He also told me about a button that turns off the towing mode, which apparently increases gas mileage and improves handling if you aren't towing. These tips, or at least the information about the towing mode, should be standard.

TERRI MDefinitely we recommend Jim White's Auto to pick up a truck because I got the best truck there I would not recommend going to the U-Haul store on Wabash and tarot Indiana those people are super rude and they don't care about their customers I got unfair treatment by them but Mr White's office and his people are super super great so yes I would recommend this location.
