DO NOT BOOK ONE WAY RENTALS WITH UHAUL!!! THE RESERVATIONS ARE MEANINGLESS. I reserved the trailer with a different location for a different day. They called me the morning before and told me that I had to go to this location by Noon that day to pick it up, or another location (45 minutes away) after 11:00 am the following day. We were reserved for a local location at 9:00 am the following day. There was nothing wrong with this location. The service was good - I was the only customer that morning. However, I did not book this location for a reason - the hours of operation were not a great fit for our situation. The UHAUL reservations are meaningless. Caveat Emptor!
