Shonteena WGreat experience, especially for situation when you need the equipment after hours and the offices are closed. Smooth and relatively easy process (although the instructions could use some improvement).
Abel GPerfect location and I seen different size trucks at the same location.
joel bThe equipment was clean but I wouldn’t say it was well maintained because it made a very loud knocking sound in the roof the entire time. It was unbearable. Also, I wasn’t able to do mobile pickup after being told this location was mobile pickup only, and had to spend about 30 minutes on the phone requesting assistance. I was transferred about 3 times before anyone was able to help. Additionally, the location of the trucks was not made clear; I had to drive around the complex before I found them in the back.
