I wanted to express my dissatisfaction. I made an appointment to pick up the truck, but I checked in at 4:50 PM and when I went to speak to the attendant to get the keys it was exactly 5:00 PM and she was attending to a man about renting a house, leaving me waiting for almost 40 minutes. In other words, I got the keys at almost 5:30 PM. And when I went to return the truck (check out) it was 4:50 PM and they charged me for another day. I would like to be reimbursed, that is, to have one day's charge returned to me (u-Haul charged me another day, around $48). I don't think it's fair. Apart from this problem, which I hope will be resolved, the rest was very good, the truck was new and very practical.
