Perfect location and I seen different size trucks at the same location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe equipment was clean but I wouldn’t say it was well maintained because it made a very loud knocking sound in the roof the entire time. It was unbearable. Also, I wasn’t able to do mobile pickup after being told this location was mobile pickup only, and had to spend about 30 minutes on the phone requesting assistance. I was transferred about 3 times before anyone was able to help. Additionally, the location of the trucks was not made clear; I had to drive around the complex before I found them in the back.
Monique GI wasn’t at the location more than 2 minutes when 10 cops swarmed it and blocked the entrance and exit. I had to wait 15 minutes before I could even leave the place not knowing what was happening. I contacted support and they were less than helpful. I returned the truck next day. Luckily I had a friend follow me because there was a fight right next to the truck and the police showed up again and blocked the exits. I would like a full refund because I should not have to fear for my safety twice to pick up a truck.
KYLE JI arrived around 8:45a for my pickup at 9a. The U-Haul app and website was having issues so I was on the phone with Uhaul service. I did not pickup my rental until 9:42a. The Uhaul had less than a half a tank of gas and I did not found out until later that one of the tires caps was missing which made the tire low.
Amanda JIt was not marked anywhere where the Uhaul's were located and the apartment complex was not in the greatest area. The lock to get the keys sucked. No human to help sucked.
