MARTIAL PMy overall experience with U-haul has been good. My interaction with this location has also been good. The service is fast and professional. My only concern is the state of the covered trailers. It looks like there is a lack of maintenance above wear and tear issues. I needed to go through three units before finding one that was safe to put on the road. The first had a faulty turning signal (non existent ) and the second had a broken suspension. My trip involved a 6 hour round trip from the country side into a densely populated city. Maybe for a short local trip it would be acceptable but not for getting on the highway and driving in traffic. Please always verify the state of the vehicle or trailer you are renting and don’t feel pressured to except something unsafe. We only have one life.
