We returned our truck after hours on a Sunday, when we arrived at the location there was a locked gate across the driveway. We left the U-Haul in the driveway but when we tried to confirm return in the app it wouldn’t read our location so we were unable to self check the truck back in. The drop off experience was confusing and we felt uneasy leaving the truck outside the locked gate. We contacted customer service and advised them of where we had to leave the truck.
