Uhaul could provide better after hours customer support. I tried to get a truck remotely and was never sent a code via text. I had to wait 2 hours till the service center was open. I was emailed a code. It didn't work. Very shoddy national support. I would most likely never use your service again. I will be calling to get a refund on my first remote attempt.
