My pickup location was awesome Cathy was amazing and my drop off was great the location was close but the self drop off was very easy and helpful

They charged me a price, I deliver the truck with the tank full of fuel and a few days later I receive an email that I have to pay more money, they are scammers, that's what they are, but I never rent from that company and if someone asks me I will tell them the same

MAGALY GI was charged $57 and change due that the representative at this location did not explain to me these charges, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service. It not right to charge me a fee that was not explained to me. I will not recommend this location or services. I will write a bad review against this location for the extra charge that was not explained to me.
