Sarah WI I DON'T SEE ANY REASON FOR IMPROVEMENTS BECAUSE THIS U-HAUL RENTAL IS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FAST. IT WAS THE EASIEST RENTAL I HAVE DONE WITH U-HAUL SINCE I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER WITH U-HAUL. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE.

It not right to charge me a fee that was not explained to me. I will not recommend this location or services. I will write a bad review against this location for the extra charge that was not explained to me.

KATHLEEN RI like the facility and the receptionist Cathy because she was very helpful. I made a reservation for a 15’ truck and when I got there to pick it up, only 10’ truck is available. U-haul please improve on this one , very stressful, why can’t you be honest and notify the customer ahead of time and provide the RIGHT SIZE of truck available. You even have a representative called to confirm the reservation and yet I did not get what I reserved.
