There is no one there who can help, it appears to be a satellite location, yet, there are active opening hours and a phone number. Who no one responds to your voicemail messages, ever….. And upon receiving your booking confirmation, it doesn’t tell you that you need to remotely check in, so we drove and walked around that location for 30 minutes trying to find someone to help us. Eventually called customer service, and this took another 25 minutes, so we wasted an hour that should have been spent packing and moving. Dropped the truck back a day earlier, and realized that there were still more items needing to be moved, so I rerented, thinking this time round would be a breeze, but to no avail. This time, upon mobile check out, I needed to show my mobile confirmation to the U-haul representative who seemingly doesn’t exist. Frustrating is beyond an understatement. U-haul - get your sh*t together!!!

Truck had a dirty floor of dry mud. The location is terrible. It is hard to find and spot. Very difficult to find the key box. Key box lock was frozen and covered in salt so it was seized. I had to have someone who doesn’t even work for U-Haul help me to open the lock. It took forever to get the lock open.

Akheel AThe staff is hard to reach by phone. Also, they wrongly charged me for the distance I drove and the fuel service. I only drove 40 km, tops, but they asserted it was 100 km. And they kept calling me asking how I returned the key and where I dropped off the truck. That proves somebody must have used it after I dropped it off and they charged me for that. Extremely unacceptable!!! And I cannot get hold of the staff via phone
BO-KAI Wvehicle was switched to a different vehicle ( I rented and had confirmed a 9 foot van, and a 10 ft truck was substituted. Furniture dolly and 5 furniture blankets were not provided. D Freedman
